Casino Manager
Seniority level: Mid-Level
Key Responsibilities:
Overall
- * Management and success of the online casino vertical, across both mobile and web, including game launches, positioning and performance analysis.
- * Creation and ongoing management of casino product strategy.
- * Ownership of all third-party supplier relationships within the casino vertical.
- * Championing the casino offering and working closely with the platform and customer service team to ensure optimal performance.
- * Set up promotion and cross-sell campaigns on an ongoing basis and coordinate and monitor with the CRM team and platform.
In addition, this is also a hands-on role working with various functions throughout the business regarding problem-solving and acting as an escalation for internal and external support.
Product Strategy
- * To deliver enhancements and new features to enhance the platform to meet the company's growth strategy.
- * Work closely with the relevant teams and departments - internal and external - and marketing team to gain resources for the delivery of the casino product roadmap.
- * Creating a substantial backlog of new features and enhancements for the Casino product.
Person Specification
- * Strong communicator – an essential part of this role is to be an advocate for the casino vision, and the candidate must be able to engage and excite their colleagues and customers/partners effectively.
- * Must be able to deliver targets.
- * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality.
- * Confident and able to speak out against the crowd and support their opinions with solid reasoning, analysis and evidence.
- * High levels of attention to detail are required as the role is accountable for results and must get the small things right.
- * Able to think on the go and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- * Must have US experience.
€40k - €60k per year depending on experience
Sportsbook Manager
Seniority level: Mid-Level
Responsible for the controlled betting content, including betting specials and all aspects using Sports product providers' back office tools.
- * Review and identify Sports trends (on player and group level) and work with internal departments & Sports product providers to optimise Sports revenues.
- * Update the broader business on the performance of Sports by composing and distributing weekly/period/quarterly Sportsbook reports with a high degree of insight/analysis and precise action planning to deliver change. Work with various data sources to compile data.
- * Assist with devising, executing and optimising sportsbook campaigns alongside CRM and Campaign Execution and providing updates to the broader business where relevant.
- * Review trends from operational business departments (Customer Services, Fraud & Payments, VIP, etc) and establish new processes in line with the growing sportsbook product and communicate.
- * Create and maintain guideline documents (e.g., sporting calendar) to be used by the wider business and to lead and assist in scheduling onsite Sports marketing materials.
- * Optimise existing and initiate new Sports procedures and projects, including Promotions, Free Bet & Risk Management, Digital Marketing, Multi-Channel and all operational business departments.
Experience and requirements:
Sportsbook Operational and Product experience
- * Proven knowledge/experience of gaming (Sportsbook).
- * Knowledge of customer service functions, acquisition and retention.
- * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Data-driven.
- * Ability to develop ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation.
- * Must have US experience.

CRM Manager

This role drives customer engagement, loyalty, and retention by leveraging data-driven insights, segmentation, and targeted marketing initiatives. As Casino CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sportsbook CRM for an Asian Casino and Sportsbook. This job includes building automated campaigns and communicating with player segments on an ongoing basis. The Casino CRM Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies specific to the casino industry.
Online Croupier
Seniority level: Live Team
Do you have experience being a Croupier, and are you looking for something new? We are looking for someone in our live online casino games. You will operate table games such as blackjack and roulette. Advising patrons about the rules and etiquette of games, dispensing cards to players, ensuring that games run smoothly, and determining winners.
Full Stack Developer
Seniority level: Team Lead
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will co-design, build, test, and implement software gaming solutions. You will work within the web development team, building strong relationships with management, subject matter experts, application designers, and system specialists. In this role, you will report to the Technical Lead.
